Story
HGM began in 2018 with a passion to help pastors and frontline church leaders become the best version of themselves as they work to fulfill God's purpose and calling through the local church within their communities.
HGM accomplishes this through a network of peer learning communities across the country that meet in-person and on Zoom. These groups are facilitated by coaches who guide from the side while providing tools and resources. The peer learning groups are where relationships are built, and leaders from different churches work together to help one another strategize, plan and problem solve.
The resources HGM provides are developed by a team of proven practitioners, who are highlighted on this site. The learning topics range from leadership, systems and models, to personal health, marriage and family and pastoral skills.
Every resource HGM develops is designed to help you and your team lead more effectively with the goal of more people coming to know Jesus in your community.
